Community Meeting

Join us for a Community Meeting on Tuesday, January 28th, 6:00 p.m. at our Administration Building 1885 Packard Rd. We'll share how YCS is keeping Martin Luther King's Dream alive through our innovative programs.
You'll also have an opportunity to learn about our Magnet Schools. Registration for our Magnet Schools will open on March 3, 2025.

Through New "From Curiosity to Career" Pilot
Over 100 Ypsilanti Middle School students recently completed the "From Curiosity to Career" pilot program with site visits to local partners like Toyota and Liebherr Aerospace. This nine-week program connects middle schoolers with CTE student mentors and industry experts for hands-on learning. Supported by MEDC grant funding and the recent WISD CTE millage, this successful pilot will expand to more schools this year and launch fully in 2026-27.
