Thank you for your participation in the Transportation Thought Exchange and your collaboration in the Community Engagement Session held on May 31, 2023. This presentation contains a summary of the data gathered during the Transportation Thought Exchange. 

Next steps…

The Ypsilanti Community Schools Executive Cabinet and the Transportation Action Team will:

  • Meet to analyze the data gathered from the Community Engagement Session and the Transportation Thought Exchange
  • Review the financial implications, and make a recommendation to the Board of Education in early July.
  • Prepare a final decision before school begins.

Grizzly Learning Camp
Prek - 8th grade Grizzly Learning Camp is now closed.  Students can be placed on a waitlist, and parents will be notified if space becomes available. Registration remains open for grades 9-12. GLC is scheduled to begin Monday, June 19, 2023.
Your Voice Matters
Reminder: Please complete the survey sent by your building Principal. 
Phone Outages
Phones will shut off on the night of Monday, June 12th, after the board meeting, and new phones will be installed in all office spaces on Tuesday, June 13th. School staff may not be available to respond to phone calls right away on the 13th, as our technology department deploys phones. The Technology Department is confident that by June 14th, all offices will be up and running.
