Do you attend ECA, WAVE, or WIHI and want to participate in YCS Commencement Ceremony?
Any students from an outside program must complete the application if they are interested in walking at the YCS commencement ceremony. This application must be completed by March 27, 2026.

Please complete this form if you are a YCS student enrolled in an outside program (WAVE, ECA, or WIHI) and are interested in participating in the YCS Graduation Ceremony.
** This application must be completed, and all documents submitted by MARCH 2, 2026 in order to be considered to participate in the YCHS graduation ceremony.
