The mission of Ypsilanti ACTech High School is to foster a nurturing environment that cultivates compassionate young individuals who possess intercultural understanding and respect.We emphasize the importance of inquiry, knowledge-building, and the creation of future opportunities, all aimed at promoting responsible global citizenship.

Ypsilanti ACTech High School demonstrates excellence every day.We offer challenging programs with an international educational focus with rigorous assessment. We provide Career and TechnicalEducational pathways that lead to advanced stackable credentialing. We encourage students to become active, compassionate, lifelong learners and global citizens who respect other views even if they differ from their own.
IB MISSION
The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create abetter and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.To this end, the organization works with schools, governments, and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.
