SFE is proud to announce our new partnership with Ypsilanti Community Schools as the district’s food service management company! SFE specializes in creating fresh, innovative, and student-focused school dining programs that make mealtime something students can look forward to. We are excited to join the YCS community and bring new energy to the program through enhanced menus, fresh ideas, increased student engagement, and memorable dining experiences. Together with Ypsilanti Community Schools, we look forward to building on the district’s program, raising the bar, and making the 2026–2027 school year an exciting new chapter for school nutrition at YCS!

To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at: USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must containthe complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action insufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civilrights violation.
The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
